This was our second stay at this Hotel and as expected everything was great. Breakfast selection had something for everyone and staff were very welcoming. My Daughter used the gym which was great. The room was perfect for us very clean, my Mother is disabled so the aids and adaptations were on point allowing my Mother to have a comfortable stay and access all areas at ease. We were unsure if we were going to stay another night but decided to and Front of house / reception staff were able to book this for us and we were able to remain in the same room which was appreciated. Parking was great and at no additional cost. Overall another great 2 night stay and will definitely stay again.

Fantastic location, especially for those attending Old Trafford. 5 minute walk to the stadium and very easy navigate. Not too far from city centre/ Trafford centre either and there is a tram line right outside the door. Staff are superb - this includes the girls at the check in desk, who allowed us to check in at 10am with a complimentary upgrade, the breakfast staff and the security at the door at nighttime. The room is good too, nothing I can fault here. Cannot complain about breakfast either, but it is just a standard buffet and nothing special. I would 100% recommend staying here and will definitely be back for future matches.

The area was surprisingly quiet, which added to the relaxed atmosphere; the hotel also was very mindful about keeping guests safe. The staff were professional and made everything run smoothly. One of the highlights was the cozy coffee shop next door, perfect for grabbing a drink before leaving. All in all, it made for a memorable and seamless short trip!
