The hotel was beautiful. The room was lovely and light, airy and comfortable. There was plenty of room, and we had a great view! The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was lovely. The restaurant was excellent - breakfast was outstanding, and our evening meals were also excellent. Kayley our waitress was very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of tips for what to see, where to go, and how to get around Manchester. Excellent location in relation to Old Trafford football ground and the Tram system.

Decent size rooms, lovely shower rooms, very clean, hotel smells good throughout. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast - which had a variety. Despite the glitch with my Father's room, I would use the hotel again

Enjoyed a relaxing 2 night stay at the property. Good car parking opposite, nice clean room with views over the cricket pitch, we were treated to watching a match on a second night and although we aren’t cricket fans it was great to see and enjoy the atmosphere. All staff were friendly and attentive. We are at the hotel both nights and the food was excellent as was breakfast, well cooked and hot. Would absolutely stay here again if visiting Manchester

Big comfy room overlooking the cricket pitch as requested. Very close to old trafford stadium for midweek game. Staff friendly and helpful. Location very close to tram line so very easy to get around. Staff helped us book a taxi for getting to the airport at 5am. This was a massive help. The driver was friendly and clearly works with the hotel often. Rates were better than expected so very pleased and would stay here again.

This hotel is of a very high standard, try and book it out of season for the football and cricket as the rates are much more affordable and represent really good value for money! Try and book and room with views over the pitch as those rooms are lovely with a balcony. Room of an excellent standard with excellent facilities, comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are top spec. The Bar area looks very good, and the breakfast, whilst not cheap, is absolutely excellent with so much choice. Good free parking outside too. Highly recommended.

so welcoming, extremely helpful with my son and his wheelchair. They got us a bigger room so it was easier for him. the room was lovely, clean and had everything you would need in it…. apart from teaspoons (I always bring my own coffee but there was only wooden sticks (not a complaint though….. I’m sur if I went downstairs they would of got me one! moved us to a table to eat so my son could watch Man U on the tele (we went to meet the team the next day, all the staff made him feel really special) food was lovely. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, Great stay thank you

Fantastic Hotel, amazing location, but best of all the night staff were awesome.....very knowledgeable extremely helpful, they went out of their way in helping me plan the best possible options to make sure the next few days went perfectly and they did, because of their advice I also saved a considerable amount of money and am very grateful for their help. We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were amazing, kind, helpful. The amenities were fantastic and you had everything you needed and more. Safety was exceptional and we felt safe and secure. Breakfast was amazing, and there was so much to choose from. Views were fantastic. We loved the whole experience. Special thanks to the night manager, who helped when I had a panic attack and called the paramedics. He was amazing, big thanks to him.

Very good value room which accommodated us and our teenage son on a sofabed well. The hotel is very modern and comfortable. Good value full breakfast - £10 each if pre-booked. Free parking! The hotel is right next to the cricket ground and we caught a glimpse of the match when wandering around. You could also see the football ground from our room. A short walk took us to a lovely area with plenty of restaurants, but we could have easily taken a tram to the city centre as the stop was behind the hotel.
